山東電纜橋架:弱電工程中常用的幾種橋架的區(qū)別,不要搞混 !
弱電工程中常用的電纜橋架包括:槽式橋架、托盤式橋架、鋁合金橋架和網(wǎng)格式橋架。

一、槽式橋架和托盤式橋架的區(qū)別
1、 The difference between trough bridge and tray bridge
槽式電纜橋架與托盤式電纜橋架是都可以敷設(shè)電力電纜;斷面、結(jié)構(gòu)形式不同而已。封閉的槽盒、無(wú)蓋的托盤還有梯架都屬于電纜橋架,三種橋架的結(jié)構(gòu)形式不同,一些性能也有差異,比如防護(hù)性以槽式、梯架差,但通風(fēng)冷卻性卻相反。槽式電纜橋架的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于屏蔽和防腐,主要適用于鋪設(shè)截面小但是數(shù)量卻非常多的電線電纜;而托盤式纜橋架優(yōu)勢(shì)在于載荷大和散熱好,主要就是用于鋪設(shè)截面大但是數(shù)量比較小的電力電纜。從外形來(lái)看,槽式電纜橋架是一種全封閉型電纜橋架。托盤橋架一般指的是有孔的槽式橋架。由于開了散熱孔,托盤式橋架板材的厚度要更厚些。

1、槽式電纜橋架主要特點(diǎn)是屏蔽干擾,抗腐蝕,防火,對(duì)控制電纜屏蔽干擾和重腐蝕環(huán)境中電纜的防護(hù)都有較好效果,對(duì)控制電纜屏蔽干擾和重腐蝕環(huán)境中電纜的防護(hù)都有較好效果。適用于敷設(shè)計(jì)算機(jī)電纜、通信電纜、熱電偶電纜及高靈敏系統(tǒng)的控制電纜等。用于敷設(shè)截面小但數(shù)量多的電線電纜。這也是弱電工程中經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的一種橋架。

2、托盤式橋架其表面處理可根據(jù)用戶需要可分為鍍鋅、靜電噴塑和熱鍍鋅三種,防火和抗腐蝕性能要相對(duì)差一些,在重腐蝕環(huán)境中必須作特殊的防腐處理。托盤橋架底部有很多腰形孔,以利于散熱,重量輕、載荷大,主要用于敷設(shè)截面大數(shù)量較少的電力電纜。

二、鍍鋅橋架和熱鍍鋅橋架

很多人以為鍍鋅橋架就是熱鍍鋅橋架,其實(shí)是錯(cuò)誤的,鍍鋅橋架不等于熱鍍鋅橋架。熱鍍鋅橋架又可分為“熱浸鋅”和“熱鍍鋅”兩種,鍍鋅就是“冷鍍鋅”或“電鍍鋅”。鍍鋅橋架是用“冷鍍鋅板”制造而成,而熱鍍鋅橋架是用冷鍍鋅橋架經(jīng)過(guò)表面處理浸鋅一層熱鍍鋅制造而成,制造工藝不同。冷鍍鋅橋架的冷鍍鋅鋅層較熱鍍光亮,但較薄,抗銹蝕能力較弱。熱鍍鋅橋架熱鍍鋅鍍層較厚,抗侵蝕能力較強(qiáng)。比鍍鋅橋架的壽命要長(zhǎng),無(wú)論是硬度還是耐沖擊,熱鍍鋅是占優(yōu)勢(shì)的。當(dāng)然熱鍍鋅橋架的成本較高。通常在工程應(yīng)用的鍍鋅電纜橋架,其實(shí)就是冷鍍鋅橋架,因?yàn)闊徨冧\橋架制作成本較貴,廠家很少會(huì)堆積庫(kù)存的,施工要求較高的工地會(huì)用到熱鍍鋅橋架,客戶去采購(gòu)指定要“熱鍍鋅橋架”,廠家才會(huì)生產(chǎn)定制。

Of course, the cost of hot-dip galvanized cable trays is relatively high. The galvanized cable tray commonly used in engineering applications is actually a cold galvanized tray, because the production cost of hot-dip galvanized trays is relatively expensive, and manufacturers rarely accumulate inventory. Construction sites with high construction requirements will use hot-dip galvanized trays, and customers will purchase specified "hot-dip galvanized trays" before manufacturers can produce customized ones.
三、鋁合金橋架

鋁合金電纜橋架具有外觀漂亮、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、式樣獨(dú)特、荷載能力大、重量輕等特點(diǎn)。鋁合金電纜橋架表面陽(yáng)極氧化后,它不但抗腐蝕、還有抗電磁干擾,尤其是抗屏蔽干擾,這是鋼制橋架不可替代的。當(dāng)然也較鋼制橋架高很多。缺點(diǎn)是不適用于工程防火要求較高的場(chǎng)所
