橋架驗(yàn)收需要驗(yàn)什么？

　　What needs to be inspected for bridge acceptance?

　　橋架進(jìn)場(chǎng)要有合格證和檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告，并根據(jù)圖紙和檢測(cè)報(bào)告核對(duì)橋架的尺寸和厚度。

　　The first bridge frame entering the site must have a certificate of conformity and inspection report, and the size and thickness of the bridge frame should be checked according to the drawings and inspection report.

　　第二橋架直段長度超過30米時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)置伸縮節(jié)橋架跨越變形縫時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)置補(bǔ)償器。

　　When the length of the straight section of the second bridge exceeds 30 meters, expansion joints should be installed. When crossing deformation joints, compensators should be installed.

　　第三支吊架的間距不得大于兩米。第四彎頭處及彎頭兩段600毫米范圍內(nèi)要分別設(shè)置支吊架。

　　The spacing between the third suspension bracket shall not exceed two meters. Support hangers should be installed at the fourth bend and within a 600mm range of the two bends.

　　第五，支吊架橫彈要與橋架采用螺栓固定。

　　Fifth, the horizontal spring of the support hanger should be fixed with bolts to the bridge frame.

　　第六，非鍍鋅橋架連接處要設(shè)置跨接地線，跨接地線的截面面積不應(yīng)小于四平方毫米。

　　Sixth, a cross grounding wire should be installed at the connection of non galvanized cable trays, and the cross-sectional area of the cross grounding wire should not be less than four square millimeters.

　　第七，采用金屬吊桿固定時(shí)圓鋼直徑不得小于八毫米。

　　Seventh, when using metal suspension rods for fixation, the diameter of the round steel shall not be less than eight millimeters.

　　第八，電纜鋪設(shè)完以后橋架頂部要用蓋板蓋住。穿墻洞口采用防火材料進(jìn)行封堵，老板們都明白了嗎？

　　Eighth, after the cable is laid, the top of the bridge should be covered with a cover plate. Do the bosses understand that fire-resistant materials are used to seal through wall openings?
